  • $250,001 - $500,000:	0.50%
  • $500,001+:	0.25%
  • File Review:	$60 minimum or double % new monies (whichever is greater)

  • Revisions/Change Orders:	$25 after 3rd revision for Residential & 5th for Commercial

  • $0 - $100,000:	5% or $150 minimum (whichever is greater)
  • $100,001 - $250,000:	4.5%
  • $250,001 - $500,000:	4%
  • $500,001+:	3.5%

• Service 1 - Xactimate & Symbility Writing Only

  Roofing – Writing only, estimate only, supplement estimate only, etc.
  Turnaround times: Residential 2-3 business days on average / Commercial 3-5 business days
  Xactimate – Residential/Commercial

  • $1.25 per line item OR $130 minimum (whichever is greater)

  Symbility – Residential/Commercial

  • $1.25 per line item OR $150 minimum (whichever is greater)

  Extra Costs:

  • Rush Fee: $150
  • Revisions: $25 after the 3rd revision for Residential and 5th for Commercial

• Service 2 - Express Supplementing with Insurance

  Includes writing Xactimate or Symbility estimate, supplementing, and following up with the insurance carrier
  Turnaround time: 30 days or less
  Residential

  • $150 minimum OR 10% of the increased RCV amount (whichever is greater)

  Commercial

  • $250 minimum OR 6% of the increased RCV amount (whichever is greater)

  Bid Items

  • Bid increases above $5,000 will be billed at half of the service percentage rate

  If you would like for us to continue supplementing beyond 30 days, we can shift that job to our standard supplementing product.

• Service 3 - Standard Supplement with Insurance

  Includes writing Xactimate or Symbility estimate, supplementing and following up with the insurance carrier
  Turnaround time: 45-90 days on average
  

  • Residential
    $375 minimum OR 12% of the increased RCV amount (whichever is greater)
  • Commercial
    $475 minimum OR 6% of the increased RCV amount (whichever is greater)
  • Bid Items
    Bid increases above $5,000 will be billed at half of the service percentage rate
