Restoration Services
Service 1 - Xactimate & Symbility Estimate Writing
Restoration – Invoice, Collections, Rebuild Estimate, Supplement, etc.
Turnaround times: Residential 2-3 business days / Commercial 3-5 business days average
Xactimate or Symbility – Residential & Commercial
| • $0 - $5,000: | $60 |
| • $5,001 - $100,000: | 1% or $130 minimum (whichever is greater) |
| • $100,001 - $250,000: | 0.75% |
| • $250,001 - $500,000: | 0.50% |
| • $500,001+: | 0.25% |
| • File Review: | $60 minimum or double % new monies (whichever is greater) |
| • Rush Fee: | $150 |
| • Revisions/Change Orders: | $25 after 3rd revision for Residential & 5th for Commercial |
Service 2 - Invoicing, Collecting, Supplementing with Insurance (Restoration, Packout, and Rebuild)
