• Xactimate Estimates

  Estimate is created in Xactimate
  Residential | $1.25 per line item ($115 minimum). 2 to 3 business day turnaround is standard. If you need same day turn around, please request the $150 additional rush fee.
  Commercial | $1.25 per line item ($200 minimum). Up to 1 week turnaround time is standard. If you need faster turnaround, please request the $150 additional rush fee.

• Xactimate Sketching

  $50 minimum or $0.13 per square foot (whichever is greater).

• Invoicing Claims

  SFY will write your estimate using Xactimate and verify approval with the insurance company.
  Water Mitigation and Mold Remediation | 6% of approved total (minimum $100 residential / $150 commercial)
  Fire Pack Out / Structure Cleaning | 6% of approved invoice or supplemented amount.

• Rebuild Supplements

  SFY creates a thorough estimate using Xactimate and works to get the supplemental items approved.
  Residential | 12% of the increased RCV amount ($375 minimum)
  Commercial | 6% of the increased RCV amount ($475 minimum)

• Xactimate Estimates
